Victor Chen is an emerging filmmaker and crisis relief worker from Malaysia. He was the first runner-up from the Hypp TV reality show “I Want to be a Filmmaker” and the grand prize winner of the Panasonic Digital Short Film Competition with his film “My Ba’s Radio”. He currently makes films while pursuing a diploma in social work.
