Yasuyuki was born in 1958 has been making unique, experimental filoms since 1979. Since 1993 he has directed music videos as well as films on & about music. She has won many awards including the MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2006 BEST DIRECTOR Award. She has made more than over 600 music videos.

LILI LIMIT featuring Makino on vocals was formed in 2012 Yamaguchi prefecture. In 2014 they moved to Tokyo with their current line-up. In July, 2016 they made their major label debut with "LIVING ROOM EP." Their 1st full album "a.k.a." followed in October. This year in April, they released the online only "LIKE A HEPBURN."
