Keita started a theatrical company when he was a Waseda-university student. Nominated to Youth directors contest 2007. In 2011, a short films "girls talk" won in the Chain NYC Film Festival, "Girls24" won in the Official selection of New media Film Festival, and a feature film "Don't want to be friends(Tomodachi niwa naritaku nai)" won the writing original screenplay award in a film festival, Rome.

Makita Sports was formed as a "visual-kei" parody band for the TV show "Godtan." They continued to polish their chops with live shows & TV performances.
