A man and woman who live in a secluded space repeating their daily routine throughout an infinite loop, until A Stone Appears which alters the way they perceive the world and each other.

A French-Japanese man, Julien, has two family names: "Condom" on his father's side and "Tanaka" on his mother's side. Now a university student, he still struggles to come to terms with his unfortunate surname and avoids forming relationships. Something in him starts to change when he encounters the Omata siblings, who by coincidence, share the same problem.

A young woman can’t take her heavy groceries home. She asks a little boy to help her. But that is just the beginning. The story brings two perfect strangers into each other’s personal lives.

One day, Kaoru finds her husband's jacket after it had been in the closet for 30 years. Just as she was about to throw it away, she finds a memo that her husband wrote inside the pocket. It's a scavenger hunt that'd take her all around town. Kaoru reluctantly decides to play her husband's "game" and goes off on a little "adventure".

A blissful night is unexpectedly interrupted by the sound from downstairs. Different reactions are triggered as well as the relentless indifference.
